Eric Write did the in home estimate. He seemed professional and honest. The driver, named willie, was totally unprofessional and a liar. He started loading the truck then disputed the load weight. He called Eric to complain and lied to Eric that he had not started loading. I was put in the middle of these two when Eric asked me to go into the truck to take pictures. Needless to say the driver became furious. At this point I wanted to fire them but had no choice because we had to be out of our house we just sold by the next day. I had to give him cash out of my pocket to smooth things over as I was afraid he would break our things or screw us on the delivery day, (which both happened anyway). There were multiple things damaged in transport, mostly scratches and dings. Most notable was our memory foam king mattress, it is ruined. The mattress cost more than the move. The driver showed up without a box for it then lied saying he would get one on the way. It was not transported laying flat and it is ruined. We can't sleep on it because it is so uncomfortable now. If you care at all about your belongings, you'll do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company to do your move. It is not worth the frustration. I'm kicking myself for hiring them based on price and not hiring the more reputable company. You get what you pay for

We had no snags and the move went very smoothly and we would recommend them to anybody.
