John Fletcher and his crew out of (Littleton?) Colorado did a superb job installing windows in my home. Even the young man who came to the door selling them was very nice and knowledgeable. John came to the house about 2 weeks later for the estimate. Very professional very quick, took measurements of all the windows filled out all the forms and we were approved for a line of credit immediately. He even saved us a couple of thousand dollars by combining 2 windows into 1 big window in 3 rooms. I was able to pick my own install date. He explained the windows were going to be custom built and it would take about a month and a half. We picked a date of mid November. Through no fault of their own due to bad weather in the Midwest most of November they didn't make it to my house until mid December. John called every week and gave us updates.
I got a call from john on December 8th he told me the installers would be here on the 12th at 0730. My doorbell rang at 0729. 2 guys showed up ( i really wish i remembered their names) and went right to work. They had one window removed and replaced by 0800. The whole house was done by 1:00pm!
For 8 years every time the wind blew my curtains would move around and the windowsill was full of dust. I have had these windows for a little over a month and have yet to dust. My electric bill was cut nearly by 1/2 my heater doesn't run as much, and the house is a whole lot warmer.
The prep was a little laborious we had to move everything away that was within 4 ft of windows. Since everything was off the walls we painted!
Overall John Fletcher and his crew were phenominal. The transferable lifetime warranty is a plus too!

Arrived early, product was as expected, service took one day, they cleaned up, and hauled off all materials. Adam, the salesman, was very professional and we liked that we have 5 years to finish the ready of our windows at the same price. With the installation of the energy efficient windows our electric bill had come down and or house has been much cooler/warmer since!

They were friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and we were happy with the quality of the windows.  It is as advertised, and the installation was of a professional manner, also as advertised.  One window was mismeasured, and we had to wait a number of weeks for them to provide another one, but it was not a big deal.

They did a nice job, and got it done in less then a day.
