Simple fast service.

The service man was extremely knowledgeable about all of my appliances,
was prompt and enjoyable to have into my home. He was very helpful
and I look forward to using EB Repair Services again.

They are great. He also call back to make sure everything was working ok. They are the only one is my area. He did a wonderful job.

I'm perfectly happy with them because I have in such a rural area. I would hire them on my own. I've been using them for at least 3 or 4 or may be 5 years. I don't have a choice as they are contracted with Sears, but the fellow that always comes out to help me talks to me. I'm a widow so he'll sit here and he'll explain it to me. He just doesn't come and fix it; he tries to explain to me as to what's going on. They call me in the morning to let me know when they'll be out and they are always out within that time frame. I've never had a problem where they don't show up when they say they are going to. I don't know the amount specifically since it's under a service contract, but once upon a time he was somewhere in the neighborhood and he told me that it would be $55 or $60 if he had to come out on his own. He was able to fix my refrigerator. He has also worked on my new range. I don't know what other people charge in the market place here to do repair like that, but they are reliable and he's not afraid to take the time to explain things to me. The quality is fine because they use Sears parts. Once it's fixed, it's fixed. Their responsiveness is an issue. They only come to our part of the world on Wednesdays and Fridays, but one would not be waiting throughout the week for someone to show up. They'll be here by Wednesday or Friday if they call. It takes time to get parts and that probably could be the reason, but I can take into consideration that I neither live in a big town nor live near a big town. He's probably on the high-end of responsiveness for our area. Their punctuality and professionalism is positive. They'll give a 4 hour window, but they are here within the 4 hour window. I'll call them first even if I was paying for them on my own.

THE TECHNICIAN OPEN THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER EVALUATED AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UNIT.

THE TECH REPLACED THE HEATING ELEMENT ON THE FREEZER SIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR. HE ALSO NOTICED A MISALIGNMENT OF THE RIGHT HINGE OF THE DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR AND CORRECTED IT.

HE HAD HIS OWN LITTLE VACUUM CLEANER AND CLEANED HIS WORK AREA BEFORE LEAVING.HIS PROFESSIONALISM, PUNCTUALITY WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Mr. ED CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK! MY HATS OFF FOR E and B REPAIR!
