Oakmont approach us with a buyer for our timeshare. They hired San Antonio Title & trust to act as the trust agent incharge of the escrow. We were asked to send over $16,000.00 to mexico prior to the closing of our sell. When the company they hired San Antonio Title & trust did not provide the documentation required on the dates provided and a our timeshare stating the niether Oakmont or San Antonio Title and trust ever contacted them We asked for proof of this sale or we would get a lawyer . Once we threaten them with a lawyer San Antonio Title and Trust stop talking to us.. Oakmont we told them would would like to still sell our timeshare if they really had a buyer but on 1/20/2015 they asked us to send more money to Mexico to continue the sale. When we ask why they said we delayed because we accused them of being a scam. At that time our lawyer contacted them and they gave our lawyer one flip response and stopped responding to attempts to contact them. We have filed with the federal government , BBB and now you to keep this from happening to others. Oakmont management will not respond to the BBB inquires of the charges.
