Auto Service
I specifically requested to know the price of the battery before it was installed. They had to go buy it so could not tell me when I ordered the service. I waited a long time, 30-45 minutes, then asked again to make sure they had not installed it because I wanted to know the price. They assured me they would let me know. From the garage part I could hear very loud music playing while they worked on my car, some young men were back there in the garage. Well, the next thing I know they come out with a bill and said it was done. Excuse me? Did I not make it clear that I wanted an estimate before services were performed? ( I had made it very clear). They were just short of rude and said they could take it out if I wanted. Of course I said no and paid their bill and left, never to return. Very unprofessional.
