Soap-N-Suds

When I moved to town several years ago, I was very lucky to find Soap n' Suds as I had no help with getting my laundry done and was unable to do this for myself. I"m from the Bay Area where there is a wash n fold service on every street corner but very few actually pick up and deliver. The one pick up and drop off wash and fold service I used back in the Bay Area lost my clothing and everything had to be replaced. It was an expensive mistake. So, I know how important it is to find a laundry that can keep track of a lot of different loads with many different addresses and names. Fortunately, I used this service steadily for over a year and they did not lose even one sock - which, if you think about it, we all do with out own from time to time.
This service is family owned and when they pick up and drop off there is often a cheerful crowd of lovely little ones that bring cheer right to the front door. They are accompanied by mom or day or older siblings as the entire operation is a family undertaking. I like this because I know that I am supporting a family that lives in my community.
I am now in a situation where I can get my own laundry done but if I ever did need help I know that I could call up the owner and she would be at my door THAT SAME DAY to pick up whatever needed cleaning and bring it back WITHIN 24 HOURS!
The service is also very affordable -- and, if the pick up is over ten pounds the delivery service is free.
