We were pleased with the quality of work and the punctuality of the workers. The work was completed on time, was of good quality, and we had a positive experience. The hourly rate for the plumber was on the high side, but not out of line.

The plumber showed up on time and was professional. It took him a long time to remove the shower fixture and then he cleaned off the part with CLR and reassembled. The next day I noticed I could still hear the leak so I called them back. They came back and took the fixture off and had to go to two hardware stores to replace the part. The total bill was about 600.00 and my husband contacted them and said we didn't feel we should have been charged for all the travel time since they had to go two places to get the part. The owner refunded one hour of labor due to this conversation.

There are up here in the East Mountain and I try to use East Mountain people. They did a good job. It was located in the closet of a bedroom and I had it moved so that it would be more convenient to get to. The cost included for all the electrical and rewiring. I also had them ring out a system because I was installing a television system so I needed them to ring out the cable system as well as the phone system to the television so they did that as well. My experience with them has been real good.
