I contacted the contractor, he personally came to evaluate the job. He is flexible and agreeable to discussing different options available for completing the work with the homeowner. Written estimates are free. We agreed upon a start date, he arrived on time and began the work. He took the necessary time to ensure measurements were accurate and that the work proceeded with precision.
He returned several times to complete the different aspects of the job, for example, the tile mortar, then the grout had to set and cure before the next steps were accomplished.
He is honest and dependable and highly recommended.
