I am going to try out his solutions. My hunch is he is 100% right and the problem will be solved.

Everything went very smoothly. In addition, Josh gave me advice on three other appliances, a Bosch refrigerator, an Asko dryer and an Asko washing machine. He stated that Evans gives a 30 day guarantee for all work performed. I was very impressed and will definitely use Evans in the future.

We contacted Evans Appliance for service on our ASKO dishwasher. Josh telephoned us and walked us through the re-setting procedure from the control panel for the dishwasher. He knew exactly what to do and the re-setting was successful. We asked what we owed and Josh would not accept payment of any kind! Fantastic service, and this contractor will be contacted again!

My first phone call was returned promptly, Josh arrived on time, and the standard minimum price to travel to and spend the first 30 minutes of $90, covered the whole repair. Beforehand, Bob Evans, Josh's father, confirmed my model type so he could be sure to have the part I might have needed on hand, thus avoiding extra time and expense. This guy really knows his work well, was only one of two people in town to work on my brand, and if he doesn't know the answer his father surely does having spent many years in the business. A great experience. He doesn't work on all brands but was familiar with two of the three providers listed in Angie's List and recommended them to me as they recommended him to me when I called them: Bestway Appliance (Joel Berg) and Alan's Appliance Repair. Although Evans is physically located in Albuquerque they have a presence in Santa Fe every day.
