It was a mistake to put the snow jacks.  The price was reasonable; it wasn't anything that we didn't expect.  The guy did an okay job.  The main problem I had was the communication.  He and I didn't communicate very well.  He did try that with my husband, but he didn't do that well with me.  He was an honest man.  The price was comparable to anybody else.

They were very nice.  They were very courteous, they worked fast. We were very pleased with them.  I would recommend them to anyone.

The work teams that came were very professional. The work teams came when they said they were going to come and cleaned up very well daily.

He is good.  They replaced it with an all metal roof, but, it wasn't that hard, so the labor probably wasn't that costly.  It does make the home cooler, more fire resistant, which is important out here as we have range fires, and can be a very serious issue.  Most people can't afford anything, but, shingles, here, which burn very fast.  I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future. 

Overall, it went quite well with good communications. We started in late April or early May 2010, and I had to pull them off of the job in September 2010, because I was running out of money (the usual state of affairs for renovations). They returned this past summer 2011 to finish painting the house.

.  Mark Easley is the name of the owner of this Company.. This company was recommended by our insurance company. He also does other things for me. He did complete replacement of our roof. He is a roofer by trade. But he does several other things also. He installed the widows for my entire house.  I have a very big house, almost 3000sq feet. It is two storeys and has 42 windows some of which are 3x10feet long.  They were fiberglass power windows. He purchased them and installed them. It was complete replacement of the roof because I have had hail damage, and raft damage. Last October when they were installing windows Mark Easley happen to be on the second floor and noticed the roof damage. We had shingles roof and we really had a bad hail storm. I was not surprised because if it has damaged one of my cars with marks of hail damage in the size of golf balls.  He advised me to call my insurance company to take a look at the damage. So the inspector who happen came out to take a look at the damage of the other things was also qualified to look at the roof.  He agreed to put in a report for a shingles roof. But I did not want a shingles roof I wanted a metal roof put in.  Any way we put in the difference in the cost to put in the metal roof. State Farm Insurance issued us for a full replacement on the shingles roof for a 17 year old house. He is very knowledgeable. He will give you feedback about using one product as opposed to the other.  He uses good quality products. He is very skilled. He is good contractor. It is really hard to find a contractor that is so knowledgeable about the various aspects of building and roofing line. He knows the right kind of insulation that is used to put metal roofing. He ordered the panels so that when the roofing material came in there were more than enough sheets. He measured it correctly and had them all real long sheets that would cover the whole side of the roof.  He specially ordered the flashing to meet the requirement of the roofing and in the right color. He did it the way it should be done.  He gave us an estimate and went over everything and remained within the guidelines.  He used no short cuts. He contracted out to do the stucco work. But he uses the same stucco company to do the stucco work. He had all the products and the materials in by the time the job was to be started.  He always showed up on time. He has had the same crew for a number of years. They are good construction workers.  They themselves are pretty knowledgeable.   They did a good job. They were conscientious.   They treated my house as their own house.  When a company does that it says a lot. I will use them in the future.

They finished the work in the first or second week of November 2010. Overall, the job went well. The price included the cost of the windows and the installation. I would be using them again to replace the roof during the spring time. The person that ran the company was very personable and accessible. He seemed to be reasonably aware of what was going on about the job. He did a good job of co-ordinating and making sure that things happened. I had to pay some attention to things and called him on a few things. But, with big projects like that you have to stay on top of the contractor anyhow. If there was a downside I would say that you have to stay on top of the things. All in all, it went very well and he made sure that I was happy with the work. I am a hard grader but I was pleased with them enough to use them again for the roof. I would not say that they were outstanding but I was pleased enough with the outcome that I would have them do the roof.
