I have been trying to get a written estimate from Matt Armenta for 3 weeks, in order to even get a verbal estimate. I have had to call at least 10 times. This most recent time, he said his brother would call me and then his brother would email me a written estimate. I agreed the emails were ok. But honestly, it just sounded like he was putting me off again. i have told him that if he doesn't want to do the work, to just let me know. This seems to be a case of discrimination.
