began work March 26 with approx finish 1 week....first half of work was satisfactory...paid full estimate with promise to pay any extra when job completed...BIG MISTAKE...at this point Mr.Gentry never returned my calls...he sent non=English speakers to finish floor (unprofessional job the pattern not continued)
electrical not put in as requested and now switches don't operate properly (I'm afraid to use thjs work--obviously not done by a licensed electrician)
tried to call again...no response....found him at his office was told "I should have never taken this job"...I had to agree.
it's now Apr. 14 and I'm without a sealed floor and really scary electrical work (both ugly)
