Although the shop and staff try to be friendly, they are technically foreman does not know how to properly tighten the lug nuts. They use air impact wrenches to spin the nuts on, but then continue to over tighten the nuts with it. As almost a mockery, they then put on a torque wrench and manually check to see if they are tight enough. Not once did I observe that the wrench moved any nut before "clicking" off. In other words, the nuts were all to tight already. This can be damaging to the rotors and lug bolts. The foreman couldn't get it through his head the proper way to do this when I tried to explain it to him.

I arrived at the location the young lady behind the counter greeted me right away. I told her I wanted the tire repaired, the repaired tire mounted on the axle and the spare filled with air. She told me to take my truck around to Bay # 3 and they would get right on it. I pulled the truck into Bay # 3 and repeated the instructions to the service technicians and went into the waiting area. It took the technicians 10 or 15 minutes to complete the service. They even put the spare tire back on the spare carrier. I had the service done here because my neighbor had a tire repaired here several months ago and I decide to go here too.
