 + -1 moreM is highly professional, reliable, easy to get along with, and quick to respond to anything that needs to be done. The town of Taos is not noted for people who deliver on their promises, or show up when they say they will, so M has been a godsend. She has also been able to find service people who are as competent as she is herself. As an absentee landlord, this is invaluable to me. I have been able to relax for the first time in the 8 years I've owned this home. Whatever she sets her mind to learn about, she does, and yet she does not over-promise, a kind of honesty that is wonderfully refreshing.
Description of Work: M does the website, welcomes the guests to my rental, works alongside the cleaning crew to make sure all is immaculate. She is alert to all aspects of maintenance of the property, from salt in the water softener to firewood to plowing the driveway after an unexpected snowstorm. She has done grocery shopping for guests, arranged childcare, and has compiled wonderful itineraries for guests from other countries who are visiting here for the first time.
