Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Visa Inc

They are okay; they are not the best. My last statement had a $25 fee on it and they took it off. They did not give me grief over it. They figured out the problem and reassured me that it would not happen again. They are polite and they are good. Their phone system is long and I find it annoying. They do make mistakes, not often. I prefer the online banking system. They do not charge a service fee. Their service is better than average. They are really good with punctuality. Once you get through the whole phone menu, they are right there. I have never had a problem with them. When they get on the phone, they are always professional and polite. I have never had a problem with them, they always figure out what I need done, and they do it. I never have any grief from them. I just wish I did not have to do it so often and did not have to go through the phone menu.
