Ordered the door January 18, 2022. We were told there was an 8 to 10 week delay on completion. I paid the deposit 2/2/2022 and didn't hear anything. So sent an email asking what was status 3/29/22. Reply on 3/30/2022 said they were still catching up on orders and would be in touch soon. I call there factory several times and finally talked to our representative mid May. He said he would check on the order and get back to me. With no response, I called this morning, 6/7/2022 and was told that our rep no longer worked there and Manny would check on it and get back to me. At 3:30 I called to find out what was our status and was told it would be another 8 to 10 weeks. I told Manny to cancel my order and to return our deposit. He said it would be two or three weeks for us to get out check. I would not recommend this company. Although they seem to be interested in selling small jobs, I think they keep putting them on the back burner to fill jobs from builders etc. Lousy follow up and ignore phone calls.

The door was so heavy; I thought it was just a standard door but this door is unbelievably thick and heavy. If the house 7:44 down, it will still stand there. They do what they said they will do and they do it in a timely manner. They are very polite and courteous.

Called Artistic Entryways to adjust door leading to courtyard approximately 6 months after purchasing home. Door would not open fully and was rubbing against tile. Door was adjusted as much as well as could be, but still would not open fully. Workers noted that door was already splitting. Three weeks ago my husband contacted company to inquire as to why the door finish is chipping and door is split and rotted. The woman who answered the phone pulled our file and confirmed that she knew of our home, what doors were installed, and told us that we should have been treating the door with a special product. In fact, she mentioned that they maintain the doors for the first year in order to assure that the homeowner knows what is required. We were never made aware of this (even though the company came out twice - once to adjust the door and another to take pictures for their website!), which is neither here nor there at this point. We were told that Frank would call us back to determine if the door could be repaired or if we need to replace it. My husband has called and left messages 3 times and we have never received a reply.
