Do not use Joseph Charver.John said he had installed hundreds of ductless air conditioners. He had not and did not know how to install it. He was not here when he men came so they did not place the ductless air conditioner where we wanted it. His men kept reading and rereading the instructions that came with the unit. They did not know what to do. He showed up 4 hours later to help them. The wiring that goes on the outside was horribly done. Wires all over the place instead of just one line. Looked like a huge, long snake with many wide bulges going ever where on the side of my house. Different size insulation wrapped sparingly with tape. You could still see wiring and copper tubing between the tape. Almost a foot of copper tubing not even covered. As his men were walking out with the remains of the copper tubing; I told him I wanted the copper tubing that we had paid big bucks and his men still took it home with them. He would not return the copper tubing nor come back and finish the wiring. The electrician who recommended him did come called me many times trying to get Joseph to come out. When Joseph would not cooperated, the electrician, John Weaver, came out and did the rest of the work and did not charge me for his time. See my review on electrician, John Weaver.
