TERRAZAS ENTERPRISE

The cabinets were suppose to be completed by April 23,2010. In the contract we gave Arthur Terrazas 2 extra weeks. Since we gave him 60% down we tried getting him to complete as much as possible over the next 8-9 months. Most of the time Arthur Terrazas or his workers wouldn't show up. This continued from March 2010 through January 2011. The cabinets were poorly designed and never finished. The kitchen Island was put so close to the refrigerator we can't pull it out all the way to clean behind it. The panel on one side of the refrigerator was removed and the cabinet above the refrigerator was fortified to hang by itself without the side panel. The panel was then replaced with six screws to hold it in place. We really didn't like the way it was fixed but had other work that wasn't finished and wanted it done. Later we noticed one of the six screws was starting to protrude from the outside finish of the panel. There are so many other things that he did wrong it would take another 20 paragraphs the size of this one to explain everything. In January 2011 Arthur Terrazas never returned any of our phone calls. We live in a small town and to get estimates to finish the work is Very difficult as there are just 3 cabinet contractors in the area. We've called them and none after looking at the job returns to give us a bid. The reason for this is to Never have Terrazas Enterprises do any work for you. He is EXTREMELY SLOW, EXTREMELY DIRTY WORK and ALMOST NON-RESPONSIVE once he has your deposit.
