I've used Lane Logan on several occasions, and I've never been disappointed with him or his work. He's prompt, courteous, friendly, I wouldn't trade him for any other locksmith in town, and I hope I never have to. He was in and out in a very few minutes. The lock was fixed and I'm very happy that I can always depend on Lane. He's a little high in the money department, but with Lane, you know you're getting your money's worth.
Lane was out of the office when I called and I left a message. It wasn't an emergency when I called, and I expected him to call around 9/22. He called before that and came over a few days later. That I can depend on him to return phone messages is something that a lot of people don't do. Lane is an exceptionally wonderful person who knows his craft and stands behind his work.
Of all the times I've used Lane, I've never been disappointed. He's a keeper!

I called and left a message which was promptly returned. I asked if he could come out and do the work since his location was an hour from us. He said yes but there would be a trip charge. We made the appointment and he was there on time. The work was great and the fee was reasonable. I will definitely call again.
