The engine would misfire and loose power after about an hour driving on the interstate (75MPH). Stopping and starting the engine would reset the misfire. Lawley had our car for a day attempting to duplicate/repair the problem. Did some adjustments and the car seemed to be AOK. Since we live an hours drive from the interstate they could not exactly duplicate the conditions. Next time we drove the interstate everything worked but on the return trip the engine again misfired (only 1 time). When back into Lawley and this time they had the car for a week and replaced spark plug wiring and some other things. This time the engine did not misfire and has been AOK for almost 2 years. All this work was done under warranty. Had courtesy car drop me off both times, was kept abreast of work being done, and they solved the problem!

Lawley's service personnel were friendly and efficient. I scheduled the service, drove the car to Lawley's Toyota service bay at the appropriate time, filled out the necessary paperwork and was driven home by their complimentary chauffeur. Later that same morning they called that the Prius was ready for pick up and that they would send the chauffeur to pick me up. The complimentary car came, picked me up and drove me to the dealership. Once there the service manager explained what they had done and answered the questions I had, all in a friendly and professional manner.
