It went very well. The plumber was very knowledgeable, including about the local water quality. I don't know the final price since they haven't yet sent us an invoice, but I'm sure it will be more than $500 for everything, including the service calls.

J&S Plumbing did a great job keeping us informed about their process of delivering service (new water softener installation). They followed through with this process and were great about letting us know when they would perform the water softener installation. The workman (and a trainee) called ahead of their arrival, showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and provided an accurate estimate for the installation. They accommodated special instructions for the installation contained in the manufacturer's installation manual. The cost of the service was reasonable. We will definitely use J&S Plumbing again for any future needs.

They did a good service. They worked in my property which is kind of in the middle of nowhere. They were willing to go out and take a little bit of effort to work in the area that they don't work.

.But they never came out to get it fixed. Plus their prices were very high. I went 3 weeks without hot water becausse they kept telling me they would be out and they never came. I did not end up using them obviously. And they acted like they had the job even thou their quote was much higher them others.
