 + -1 moreWhen they first came out they were very nice. They told us they would come out and get the job done. Week after week they kept telling us that they would come do it and they never showed up. About a month of getting blown off and after very hot weather and very cranky hot children, I called them up and told them to give me my money back. They told me they would not give me my money back. When I asked why it was taking so long they did not have any reason, they had the parts, the cooler and the time. I then had to send them a notarized letter to demand my money back within 30 days. it took them three weeks to get my money back. They cussed me and my grandmother out when they dropped of the money, in front of my children.
Description of Work: We called these guys to put a new swamp cooler in.
