The roofers were outstanding. The exterior stucco guys were amazing. Exterior painters were amazing. Interior painters were never on time and they were sloppy. Ultimate Construction, being the overseer, made good on the interior painters.

I was on a very tight time frame and he was able to work with my schedule. The work was completed on time and the quality was great!! I would hire him again.

Great. Fast to answer the call. Scheduled a date and came as planned. Clean up was great. Hauled the old stuff away. Overall a great job.

James is great to work with. No nonsense kind of guy. Gave me quote, and we scheduled the work when I was off for the Christmas break. He showed up exactly on time and brought his carpenter and the new door. His carpenter Installed the  door, framed the empty space between the door and the ceiling, installed the door lock and textured the drywall. The door fit perfectly and looked like it has always been there. They cleaned up after they were done and that was it. Will be glad to use him again in the future.

It went smooth and quick. He had to break the cinder block to get to the drain and replace it then patched the wall and slab that had to be broken up to repair the drain. I also used him previously to paint the interior of my house a couple of years ago and when he patched the wall this year, he did a fine job. He did the work quickly, thoroughly and correctly.

Mr. McNellis was really nice and was able to come out right away to assess our repair needs. He gave a really fair quote and even broke it down for us so we could see exactly where the money was going. He then was also able to get the job done within the next week and had his guy, Enrique, come out and do the work. Enrique was equally as nice and did an awesome job matching the grout and caulk to the existing color. It only took him a few hours and afterwards it was like he wasn't even there (well with an exception of the fixed grout and seams) ! The bathroom was cleaned up with no dust or dirt residue. It was great working with both Mr. McNellis and Enrique and I look forward to working with them again soon.
