We Clean

Owner of business is very unprofessional requiring her customers to respond to her inquiries regarding the usage of their vacation home before cleaning. She sends regular emails to determine whether you have visited your second home that month. Based on our alarm data, her employees rarely stay longer than hour regardless if we used our home or not that month. If you used your home you are charged double the regular amount. Once I accidentally said we used our house when we did not and sure enough we were charged double the usual rate. If you overlook a bill, the owner is fond of charging an interest fee. In three years, we overlooked one bill due to a death in our immediate family and once due to extended business travel. The following month when reminders were sent and interest fees collected, we paid our balance upon receipt of notification, yet owner immediately escalated situation to suspend service.

They were average. They were not as good as they advertised. The response time was excellent and they were professional. Their price was expensive. I wouldn't use their services in the future.

Overall, the experience has been good. There's a base charge of $66, then an additional cost, which depends on the size of the home. The price is competitive. They show up on time, they send a monthly bill, and do a good job. I'm happy with their services.
