Villa's Auto Works

We purchased a car that Villa's Auto Works had replaced the front windshield and back window on among other body work due to a hailstorm.  The previous owner told me that it was Villa's that performed this work and when I contacted and visited Villa's they admitted they performed the work.  The windows leak . . . or I should say allow water to pour in.  There is a gap at the top of the rear window I can see daylight through.  Villa's acknowledged the defective work but refused to fix the defects since I was not the car owner at the time of the work and 1.5 years had passed since the work.  I also asked for an estimate to fix the problem and they never provided one.
