I have had contracts for my home pest control with Truly Nolan for 10 years and also used on other occasions for my rental properties. I have dogs and cats, and the stuff that they use inside the house never affected humans and pets. For the outdoor spraying, their advise was to keep the pets inside for about an hour. The service was always prompt and courteous. The rat and mice services seem a bit expensive, but really effective.

Horrible management! Very sloppy work and I prepaid for the year for mice and extermination. The manager serviced my home left open the boxes that capture the rodents and left the poison powder the company uses in the house and my home and window screens had this white powder thrown everywhere!

Exterminating went well. Very happy with that as long as I was home and the tech could gain entry into home. However they do no contact me to tell me the tech is coming so if not home they only do the outside. I have requested to be notified but doesn’t happen.
