I'm well pleased with their service. John Tunnell was easy to reach. He set up an appointment within a few days and kept his appointment. He quickly understood the scope of work, then frankly and clearly explained the unforeseen gotchas to me: new county code requirements that automatically trigger upon starting this sort of work. Unfortunate and expensive, but he was up-front and direct about it.
The work itself went smoothly and promptly. John took care of the permits and coordinated with county utilities. He kept me informed of when the work would be happening (it took three separate days over the course of one week), and each day his crew arrived as expected and completed the work well within the predicted time. His crew were professional and courteous, to the point of removing their boots (unasked) before entering on a snowy/muddy day. They happily answered my questions, helping me develop an understanding of the work. They took pains to mark up my now-obsolete home wiring diagram with new breaker locations.
