The work was done on time, as promised. This was a small job, but they handled it with the utmost professionalism. I had questions about product lines, and they gave me the straight scoop. Worked like a good team. But that's only the start of it. My tenant is a difficult, persnickety, control freak diva. Sunwest dealt with him as you hope. When he screamed at them over the phone, they were polite. When he refused to respond to their attempts to set up an appointment, they turned it back to me. By far, the most challenging part of this job was my tenant relations and they passed with flying colors.
