Excellent customer service. Very very knowledgeable. Most importantly, very honest. I had other roofers tell me I needed several thousand dollars worth of work on roof to prevent future leaks. Theses guys evaluated the roof when they said they would (showed up on time!) and gave me an honest inspection and estimate. I saved lots of money by going through them. I will definitely use them again.
They clearly know the business --and know local contractors and builders--which was quite helpful. They knew the history of my roof simply by knowing my builder!

They were prompt and easy to work with and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up their messes. They were just good people to work with. I had other bids too.

SWSF did an excellent job, from Matt Segura explaining clearly what was involved to the spraying job by Aaron Lewis and his crew to followup when we had to replace 2 rooftop heating ducts that required respraying. Once the roof was stripped of old roofing, SWSF had to move quickly to spray the entire roof in one day in the face of an impending rainstorm that night. Although SWSF had to work quickly, they did an excellent job in shaping the foam to ensure that water would run off correctly to the various canales--the proof is that after rain, there is minimal puddling on the roof. We were told that SWSF was among the best if not the best foam roofers in Santa Fe and we were not disappointed. We were especially pleased at their willingness to refoam areas where we had to replace some heating ducts that were wrongly sized and where we had some new ceiling vents for renovated bathrooms. I would give highest ratings to their technical skill, their customer relations, and their flexibility in working with some delays on our part and with adverse weather conditions. The spraying was done in mid-October, and as of mid-January we have been not only dry but well insulated from the cold. If you want a foam roof, which I would highly recommend, you will get a really good one from SW Spray Foam, and enjoy the experience.

Matt actually repaired our roof a couple of times. We are senior citizens so neither one of us could climb up there so he gave us advice about the things that he was finding up there that needed attention.  He was very, very trustworthy. He really went out of his way to make things as easy as possible.  He was aware of costs and talked very honestly about it. He made suggestions to help us to decide what we wanted or needed to do.

I received a few estimates locally.  Aaron was the most impressive in his assessment and ability to explain what he'd recommend.They also underbid the other companies by a significant amount. They arrived when they said they would (actually, a bit early, which was a bit of a problem for me as I didn't get much warning...), their workers were friendly, they cleaned up very well, and the new roof looks great. They also replaced a skylight and re-sealed a couple of others. Aaron returned all my calls promptly, took photos with his phone of the work (I was out of town for most of it), and did a walk-through with me before asking payment. I can't attest to the quality of the roof yet, but the experience was good, overall. Update:  two and a half years later, and I have no issues with this roof. It's been very good so far.

When the stucco guys came to restucco they commented on how even the spray foam was and that they could give me a smooth wall surface with just a two coat system.
