I can't say enough kind things about the Spa's staff - every time I walked through the front door, I was greeted directly with a smile. After I had attended a few times, I got a friendly, "hello sweetheart!" or a greeting by name! I can't tell you what a difference this made to me, a person who was just beginning to integrate "going to the gym" into her routine. The staff was never condescending, never rude, and always had time to politelyy answer any questions I had about anything.
I had a lapse in attendance, and when I returned, I was greeted as if I'd never left. No shaming, no guilt!
This has been the best experience with a public gym I have ever had in my life - a clean, modern facility, competent, friendly staff, plently of machines and classes available, and a general positive, non-competitive atmosphere that I found encouraging and uplifting.
