Stay away from this business... They will reel you in for a $1200
consultation/design package for 10 hours worth of work that would take
any other experienced landscape architect half the time to do. I gave
them a printed list of flowers that I wanted included in my landscape
design. The main reason I hired this company was to figure out where to
plant the flowers on my list(flowers that butterflies like) and this
fact was made very clear to this company right from the very beginning. I
wasn't asking for hardscape or 3D drawings. I simply wanted to know
where to plant the flowers on the list that I had given this company.
After the walk thru of the property, I was emailed a design without any of
the flowers on my list. The plan they emailed me also was inaccurate and
showed plantings of trees on my property that were supposedly already
growing there that weren't even growing on my property!
At first, I thought that the company had made an honest mistake and had
sent me a rough draft in error. But when I questioned the inaccuracies
and the lack of flowers on the plan, PermaDesign refused to take
accountability for their errors. I was told that I could pay for
PermaDesign to come back out to my property if I wanted them to discuss
the mistakes that they had made! I was also given a choice--I was
informed that I could either pay for approximately 35 more hours of time
so that they would be able to draw in the flowers on the plan or
instead of paying for this company to draw in the flowers on the plan, I
could personally decide myself where to plant the flowers, take some
colored pencils and then draw the flowers on the plan myself. WHAT???
Total scam. And by the way, Nate, this so called landscape designer, was
late coming out to my house on the morning of my appointment because he
said he ran out of gas about a block away from my house. Nate was also
unable to identify several different types of trees on my property...

This company is very good and cheap! They helped us decide what plants were good for our yard because of the conditions. They specialize in soft and hard landscaping. The work was completed in 1 day and there were 2 people that showed up to do the work. Everything we went with was fast growing as well. They were amazing.
