Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
After promising an on time delivery and a website to view my plans the kitchen was 3 months overdue and the plans on the website never materialized. Contractor was going thru some sort of breakdown during this job and was hopped up on sugar and caffeine. I had to call him virtually every morning to coddle him and smooth talk him just to come in. His subs either never showed or were sub par. When work was completed I had to call multiple times to get things made right and even that doesn't work. He told me " I should be happy he returns my calls as other contractors in his financial situation wouldn't even bother to return call". After $35k, there are issues. Because of his near bankruptcy I had to pay workmen my self and basically subcontract on my own. Avoid.
