He offered to come back if I was not satisfied. I did have to call him to come back to do more cleaning. He was reluctant, but returned. I do not consider the job completed as he did not improve the quality upon his return.
"According to the client the premise had not been cleaned in 2 years. I informed the client in advance that the premise may need more than one deep cleaning. We performed over 12 cleaning hours of intense deep cleaning. We performed a small miracle in her place on short notice. Obviously our client was unappreciative of the work we did. It displays more about our client than our company that she dragged our rating down on Angie's List. We do not have a 100% success rate with our clients. Our success rate is about 97%. I think it is the best to be expected from any company, cleaning or otherwise. There are those that expect their cleaner to somehow make up for neglect without being rewarded handsomely. We take on responsible clients who understand that cleaning is a process and has to be done continuously and repetitively to be successful. The percentage of 2 years worth of rent that was spent on cleaning in this case was less than 2%. Had the client performed another deep cleaning it would have been less than 4%. We believe that cleaning is important enough to realize it is worth the investment. As always we were on-time, honest, honorable and trust-worthy. We worked for this client like we do all our clients; to the point of exhaustion. We are not perfect but we do value our clients and in large part they value us."
