It went really well.The computer needed a new hard drive and a new keyboard. After this the owner, Nelson Lopez, helped me recover files with Norton Ghost that I couldn't do. The recovery points didn't appear on the Norton recovery disc. He noted that I had the external drive where the recovery points were connected to a 3.0 USB port, and Norton Ghost only recognizes USB 2.0. I would never have know this. Nelson has an incredible knowledge of computers. I have been really impressed. I have used him before to recover several of my computers , and he has never been at a loss of what to do.
