Landscaped an area on one side of my house this included plants and a drip system. The workers that performed the work did a good job.
I was provided a warranty that stated plants would be guaranteed for a month. Two of the 24 plants died before the month was up. According the to itemized bill I received each of these plants was $150.00. The company insisted that the two plants died due to overwatering however non of the other close plants died. In addition the warranty did not specify that alleged over watering or what they termed "owner negligence" would not be covered. It took 4 months and me withholding final payment ($383.70) before the company replaced the dead plants. The owner then expected me to pay an additional $97.00 for the replacement of one of the shrubs. I informed him that I would not pay this as the plants were warranted he was then extremely rude and belligerent.
I will definitely not use this company again and I would never recommend this company.
