Kevin came out, he over priced the job by adding work that did not need to be done, ie; he said dry wall would have to be cut and it did not. His employees seemed to be day labor guys hired off the street. Craftsmanship was awful. He cut the stucco wall where it wasn't even close to the door area. Where the beam over the door is, he put a 2x4 across the top of the door in front of the beam. why, I have no idea but it looks awful! Then they broke the latch and when he came back with the replacement part, he had an attitude and told me, "you should be thankful that I came back to fix this". He also did not think it was his responsibility to take all the trash left from the job. When I asked him about the trash, he became very irate and handed me the repair part and left. Also The screen doors are not square so the don't shut correctly and have to be redone.
