Provider showed up on time with a full crew on Monday 10/28/13.

They removed all the old shingles and sheeting, replaced rotted decking, removed old gutters and down

spouts, took down the swamp cooler and satellite dish and placed down new sheeting.

At the end of the day they policed the yard and cleaned up everything.



On Tuesday they showed up on time and put down the new shingles, raised the skylights put back the swamp cooler, sealed

all vent pipes and installed two roof vents.



When they left, my yard was clean.



The crew was very efficient and were a pleasure to have around.



My house is a 2000 sq ft ranch.

Pat Lopez is amazing! I had received a quote from him to install a roof on my house 2 years ago. At that time, Pat did some repairs and maintenance on the roof. I called him on Monday July 1, 2013. He said he would start the next day Tuesday, July 2nd. At 7:30 am Pat and his crew showed up and began to work. They were professional and efficient. Pat monitored the workers' progress and checked in with me each morning. The roof was completed in two and a half days. They even worked on July 4th in order to finish the job.
The sub-roof had to also be built up 6 inches as it had sunken and water was collecting in those low spots. The water now drains off properly. The workers cleaned up the roof and outside areas. They left the area immaculate.
Pat took me up on the roof to inspect the work when it was complete. I now have a beautiful beige roof. It's a modified torch-down system. Pat warranties the roof for 12 years. I highly recommend Pat Lopez Roofing of Santa Fe.
