Called as an emergency so to speak. We noted a formidable leak in the wall of the living room that joins the front portal (New Mexico front porch roof - flat - tar and gravel). It was near Christmas. We found him in the yellow pages - did not have any recommendations. There is a lot of Lopez roofing folks we came to find out in Santa Fe, NM. He came as promised. Climbed up on the portal roof, said he found the leak, used Silicone tube material to "seal leak" - told us our whole roof needed maintenance. He wanted $ 100 CASH. He left. Leak was slowed down BUT NOT STOPPED! Had expensive diamond plaster wall damage. We then joined and used Angie's List to find THE MOST RELIABLE ROOFER IN SANTA FE. End of story - would not ever call this roofer Pat Lopez again and suggest you who are reading this to never use this roofer.
