It has gone very well. We are pleased with the service and the results. Our service provider, Dsvid Segura, is professional, reliable and quickly responsive. He is available by cell phone and returns calls quickly.

David Segura returned my phone call within an hour, and came that day when he said he would come. He quickly reasssured me several times, that the insects were not termites, but were earwigs. He was very polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not even charge me a service call charge for coming to my home. I would certainly use this company in the future if the need arises.

Provider was professional and thorough. He listened very well and took his course of treatment based on what I described as the problem. Most importantly, it solved my problem!! It seemed expense for what he did but perhaps that is the going rate. I would use them again!

New Mexico Pest Control was referred by a friend and they come when they say they are going to come. They are reliable. I now see dead bug and not live bugs. I didn't do any comparison shopping.

Everything was great with them. Very repsonive and do a good job.

pI saw a centipede in the house, and decided pest control is in order. I called the main office, they called me the same day to get an idea of the scope of services requested, and said they'd assign it to a technician.
Leroy was assigned the work, but didn't get the message until he was already in Albuquerque for another service call. He called me on the phone, and we arranged a time (later in the day) when he would come by to do the work. He was very prompt and efficient. I signed an annual contract for monthly service. It seems pretty expensive, compared to what my mother is paying in Albuquerque, but I didn't really shop around too much.

They are very quick and thorough. They use a specific pesticide that is non toxic. They are very knowledgeable. The owner informed me on new sprays they have coming in. I have never had any issues with them at all. They are quick to respond to calls and are very informative and helpful.

I will use them again in the future.

THEY ARE A VERY NICE COMPANY, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I DON'T SEE ANY BUGS AFTER THEY SPRAY MY HOME. I ALSO LIKE THE SPRAY THEY USE OUTSIDE. IT WORKS GREAT ALSO.
