Been very happy with this contractor. That have been responsive and helped me a lot.

Came out the same day to give an estimate and fit Us in as soon as he could.

They did an excellent job

They were highly rated and I expected better service. I am waiting for an invoice, I was informed after the work was done and paid in full, that an invoice would be mailed to me, that was over a week ago. I paid over $1,700.00 for work and was informed he charged $125.00 an hour and he was here from 11:30am - 4:30pm approx. 5 hours. I feel I was over charged and did not get what I paid for. The work was marginal quality, they put a shower set together and the shower handle works but does not turn all the way, I am not sure what he did and do not want to blame them for something they did not do. Overall, I could not believe the final cost and the biggest issue was I do not have the bill to itemize the cost and I feel I was over charged.

The project was completed on timeâ ¦if there was a delay it was because of the material availability. The mechanical room was clean at the completion of the work. The 2 technicians did a good job!!!!

Both men were very polite, helpful and communicated well about the problem, and offered a solution. They will be returning to do the installation of a new product. I was very pleased with their service.

Christian and his assistant were very polite and considerate, and on time, and did their best to accommodate my chemical sensitivity. They found less expensive and chemical-free ways to do the work. They came back on Saturday to fix a leak by replacing a pop-up. I was very happy with their thoughtfulness and their work.

The company appears to have finally fixed our repeated leaks by turning down the water pressure as Sonic Leak Detection suggested, and making other important adjustments to our leak detection hookup.

Price was on target. They were super polite and professional and right on time. I would definitely recommend!

Christian solved a complicated water pressure issue in my house. He clearly explained the problems and my options. I thought his pricing was fair and I will definitely call him again.
