This is a follow up to my review of April 29. Overall experience was very positive. The result was as I expected. Floors were deeply cleaned and sealed with multiple layers of sealer and a matte finish. In the living room, there was a glaring difference between the color of the floor that was under the carpet and the area that was not. The owner himself came to custom blend a stain to minimize the difference before the sealers were put down. Scratches that were there before are still there. The only way they get removed is by sanding. But as a compromise between doing nothing and moving out of the house for a week (and paying quite a bit more), this was definitely the way to go. The floors look rejuvenated, and Patrick told me how to maintain them in the future. Technicians Fernando and Ricardo were excellent. My only suggestion to them was to include moving pads when the job includes furniture moving to ensure nothing gets damaged. There were a couple of scratches that were easily repaired. Patrick responded quickly to a call made after the job was finished to touch up a small area that had been missed, which was very reassuring for me. Overall very positive experience.

The technicians showed up at the scheduled time. They explained their refinishing process and got my input on what I wanted the overall result to be. They worked nonstop all day and into the early evening to finish the job. They were very professional, but also very personable. I am very pleased with the result. The floors look beautiful, better than I thought would be possible. I would use this company, and in particular these two technicians, for any other hardwood floor refinishing!

They did a good job. They gave me an estimate by email, which I took as just a base estimate; I would not really know what I was getting into unless I saw their work. It took a little longer because I wanted some extra work done, and that was something I had to factor in because of the base estimate. I got what I paid for. Their punctuality was good, but their subcontractor was a little late. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
