MR PHILIP VANDER WOLK

We initially used two other realtors while searching for our first home in Santa Fe. These realtors did not have personalities or professional manners that suited our needs. Philip was just the right person to help us purchase our first home in 1983. He was patient with us and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. When we decided to move after 10 years, Philip was the person we called on to help us find our current home. Both times, he came up with great houses to suit our needs. He also assisted us with a commercial building purchase, and he helped us with the sale of our first home (which we undertook ourselves, as he was a buyer's only agent at the time) by reviewing contracts, etc. Philip is not the pushy-type; he is patient and willing to work with the customer until the right property is found. He has also provided recommendations on real estate related services - contractors, bank loan officers, etc., which have been helpful to us. He is very thoughtful towards his customers, very personable in a nice, low-key way, and a lot of fun to talk to!
