Merry Maids of Santa Fe

I was very happy with the team. They did an excellent job of cleaning and oiling my kitchen cabinets as well as cleaning the bathrooms and house.

Two ladies came. They brought their own supplies and equipment. Cleaned diligently and thoroughly. Excellent job. A bit expensive considering customer really still needs to tip. I think I tipped $20 each. I would use them much more often if the cost was about $225 rather than close to $300.
They don't do windows.

Estimator came in advance of work. We agreed on what work would be done (apartment, about 1350 square feet) and on a price. Maids arrived punctually and worked steadily until done. Team leader spoke English well. Maids worked separately in different rooms and did not chat or visit during work. Maids went a little beyond agreed-upon work in places (for example, windows and walls not on work list, but Maids cleaned doors). Maids did the work in one day. The price was high, but I consider it worth the money. Maids brought all their own cleaning supplies and equipment. I will use them again.

Needed some help cleaning up a rental house after we moved out. They called to verify the time and date and arrived as expected. The ladies got right to work. They finished earlier than expected. The house smelled clean and was sparkling. It was much cleaner than when we moved it. They are higher priced but it was very much worth the expense. We have kids and pet and they made that house look good, much better shape than we had when we moved in.

This is an expensive service, but you do get what you pay for. They are professionally trained and carefully supervised as well as very responsive to any requests. They are extremely reliable and punctual and have never broken anything. They work very hard and have a lot of initiative. The cleaners try extremely hard to please. They are also very kind to pets and children. In comparison, I had a neighbor's cleaning woman working here briefly. She charged $15 an hour, was very slow and did not do a good job and left big holes in the wall in two places without mentioning the accidents. Merry Maids is worth the extra $ in comparison.
