After asking Mr. Medina to caution his worker that he was being too forceful and the angle of the spade was too sharp; the worker punched a hole in the septic lid. At first Mr. Medina denied it, then admitted it by saying, well the cement lid was corroded. I had to leave the tank unearthed,, and called a concrete co. The owner of the company came, inspected/tested the lid and determined that it was fine, but because of the hole would have to be replaced. I called Mr. Medina to let him know and he very rudely refused to pay for any of the damage that he caused. He simply said, and quot;so sue meand quot;. The arrogance of his attitude was shocking! So much so that I seriously considered so doing. I have never sued anyone and decided that it just would be too much additional stress. This experience cost me $1,300.00 to have new lids made and installed! Caution, Caution, Caution. I so would not recommend calling this company. (also, beware of Mr. Medina's initial polite attitude)
