So I was at the Santa Fe NM store today and this situation ensued…. I was trying to buy a lawnmower online. Well, I couldn’t pay with 2 cards on the website so I went to the store to buy it there They sent me back to lawn and garden to an associate who wrote my order on a wrinkled piece of paper and told me he’d turn it in to his manager in 3 days So I went back to customer service and asked if someone could please help me so I got it wrung up and they proceeded to put the wrong total on each card Well at this point I’ve been at the store for close to 2hrs and I was getting annoyed so I told her to cancel it The 3000 charge still posted to my credit card and there is literally no record of the transaction Well I went back and showed them and they immediately informed me that it would take 12 business days to get my money back and then I got a little upset and the manager strait up told me she was done dealing with me and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave The manager’s name was Minnie

The sales staff was helpful and attentive, they had a nice selection, and had a reasonable price. The delivery did take a bit longer than anticipated however.
