Not wanting to go up on the 2-story roof myself, I had to rely on the roofers's description of what was needed: where the problems were that were causing the interior leaks & wet areas, what could be done to remedy the situation & how.  They were timely, positive & professional both when they came on a Saturday to estimate the work & on a workday to perform the work.  Coordinating the roof with the drywall work, along with the added element of weather, was a little touch n' go, but the field contact was very responsive & flexible, making me feel that they were willing to work around whatever worked best for me & whatever else needed to be done.  With little advance notice, they showed up on time with an entire crew that went right to work.  There was a little bit of a communication gap right after the work.  I had understood at the time they came out to do the estimate that they were going to remove & replace a large section of roofing material right above the largest leak, but after the work was done, the work they described having done & where it was done seemed to focus on patching material on & near the canales.  I'm still not sure whether any roofing material was actually replaced but my concerns were satisfied when the field contact offered to perform a water test if it didn't rain, & rain enough, over the next couple of days.  It rained plenty & there was no sign of a continuing problem inside the house so no test was needed.  The main thing that keeps me from giving them a solid "A" is the front office employee who did the customer interface.  She challenged me when I said I was going to pay only half until a water test or rain showed that the work had stopped the leaks.  She reacted as though I was being unreasonable & outrageous & wouldn't stop arguing long enough to listen to my explanation of what I had worked out with the field contact.  (It wasn't my only negative interaction with her.) However, the courtesy of the back office employee made up for it.  That being said, this Lopez company would be the first I would call if I needed more roofing work done.

They showed up when they were scheduled, and completed their work efficiently and courteously.  The problems were small and didn't take a lot of time.
My only complaints are about the office staff.  Lack of responsiveness:  failure to call me back to provide an appointment date/time.  Inaccuracies:  I've had to call several times to try to correct my information in their computer system, particularly my address.  Not a big deal but it is a major irritant when your roof is leaking.

They did a pretty good job.  Follow up was difficult.  He didn't seem interested in the work after the warranty was up. Initially they were an all A review but then again a professional would follow up on his work properly.

They were pretty good and they did pretty well.  They were prompt, efficient and didn't make too much of a mess.  They cleaned up everything.  They were straightforward.

Really well.  We obtained 3 estimates 2 from Santa Fe and 1 from Albuquerque.  Lopez Roofing provided the best value with the best roof.  They began every day at 8AM and worked until 5PM until the work was completed.  Any issues we encountered were immediately addressed.  Chris was always available to us and kept us completely informed throughout the whole project.

Roof is flat and over ten years old. Skylight started leaking last summer. Lopez was very flexible on scheduling. Crew arrived on time. Work was completed in 4 hrs. Estimated cost matched actual cost. Have not rained yet (its been 2 weeks) so we have not been able to verify effectiveness, but everything looks good.
