Avoid if at all possible!
Dubious ethics, zero initiative, no follow through, generally unprofessional. We worried constantly about losing the deal due to Logic's apathetic attitude.
What should have taken 6 weeks or so took more than five months; we backed out of the original deal after the caretaker may or may not have vandalized the property (someone did, anyway, after a heated discussion with the guy; a remarkable coincidence). Logic tried twice to get us to use unlicensed construction personnel with whom they had personal relationships.
Likewise, the in-house mortgage service should be AVOIDED. There is no reason to deal with First Mortgage (a.k.a. "Worst Mortgage") at all; there are plenty of others from whom to choose. Supposedly a full-time business, the guy comes into the office at 10:00 then leaves at 2:00; nothing gets done!!! Avoided our phone calls, didn't return messages, made us crazy!!! What I told him face-to-face in August 2011 that he claimed was not a problem, he comes back in January 2012 and says is a problem; that was the only time that clown admitted he made a mistake. Ugh!!!
