Property Management
I have been a tenant for almost 2 years now at a leased property managed by Landseer. My experience is that their efficiency in dealing with issues on the property, as well as their professionalism in dealing with me personally, have greatly improved to the point that I would call it excellent. In particular, our property manager Don Hurst has been amazingly quick and reliable at addressing any concerns I’ve had, Gail Martinez, the Maintenance Office Manager, was a joy to work with and is outstanding at detecting and taking care of any problems, and Tanya Kil in the front office, is always so friendly and welcoming, and superb at handling whatever comes up. The standard of professionalism that Landseer has established in Santa Fe must be a challenge for their competition.
