The owner over sees the work. He takes them to the job and then when it's done he comes back and checks to make sure that everything is right. He guarantees his work, so if something goes wrong he will make it right. He has been in this area for a long time. He is the only roofer that I will use. He does the roofs for a lot of my clients. He found leaks and was going to patch it. When he got up there he showed me it needed to be replaced. He got the workers out here and they didn't stop until they were done. He did a warranty. He was excellent and I trust him. He is reasonable and he checks to see what needs to be done and then he checks it.

This is the only roofing company I use. They guarantee their work. It is a family owned and operated business. When the work is complete the owner does an inspection. If there is anything that was not done or was done improperly he does it himself or calls the crew out to correct it. The pricing is reasonable. The estimate was very close to the final cost.
