These guys are great. Wish they were closer, but they are worth the 90 minute drive.
Provided me with a number for a cab to take us to and from the store while the car was being worked on.
They care about what they do and provide thorough and unassuming information about repairs, etc.... The shop is clean and organized they had my car parked when it was ready as if it was on the showroom floor. That makes me fall in love with it all over again! (it's a beautiful car).
I will be bringing my older Audi back to them as well, for some maintenance that I don't have access to where I live. Or I no longer trust in the business practices of our local option.
The ONLY thing I would change, is perhaps a bit more personality on the phone. Very monotone and robotic. Not a deal breaker at all! These guys know what they are doing, love what they do, and it shows.
Also, they have an adorable dog!

It always goes well with Konstruct. 99% of the time they can resolve the problem. In the 1% of times where the problem requires consultation with Audi engineers (which Konstruct does NOT have access to), they will say so and send you to the authorized Audi dealer and not charge. They are great. Plus, they are the only Audi service in Santa Fe.

It went fine. The guys are very thorough. So far they have been really good. They have diagnosed the problems with my car and then done the work. They seem to be interested in taking care of the issues. They are very professional.

They are really good. Their prices are usually comparable or better than most dealerships. They're very punctual and I've sent them a lot of people. Their diagnostic skills are what separate them and they really look out for customer satisfaction.
